Along with standard towing trucks, we offer flatbed services for all of our customers. Tow dollies, which are the more common tow trucks you see where the front part of a vehicle is lifted off the ground, have certain weight limits. Some cars and SUVs are too heavy for a dolly tow truck so, to avoid damaging the transmission or other parts of the vehicle it will be recommended to use a flatbed truck.
Vehicles that are AWD will also require a flatbed truck as towing an AWD car by its front wheels only will damage the car. You can also use our flatbed services for long distance towing, as this is the safest option when you’re towing a vehicle over a long distance and it will avoid wear and tear as it’s completely off the ground.
